Simply Comfort In Sarai Palm Jumeirah is a great place to stay, with its fantastic location and a small market right at the entrance that is open 24/7. the reception is also open 24/7, so you can easily access all the information you need. the receptionist, Zeeshan, was incredibly kind and willing to help with anything, which was much appreciated. The apartment itself was just as pictured, with nice rooms that were well-equipped, including a bathroom and kitchen. Cons: Nothing to mention 😊.

I always stay here because it has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, parking, a TV, and a kitchen. The staff even helped me with adaptors. It's perfect for my city breaks.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel on Palm Jumeirah and I can't recommend it highly enough. The property was incredibly clean and had a dream location with a private beach and a fabulous swimming pool. The staff, especially Ghosh on the front desk, were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms were super clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. The hotel also had a handy mini market and the kids loved the facilities. it was the best hotel I have stayed in and I can't wait to visit again.

The unit we stayed in had a fully equipped kitchen, allowing us to prepare our own meals. It made us feel at home and saved us some money on dining out.

Personally, I would have preferred if the apartment had a bathtub. But I understand that some guests might not mind or even prefer a shower.

One small thing, I wasn't a big fan of the bidet in the bathroom. But hey, that's just my personal preference, others might still enjoy it!

Spacious holiday home, great ocean views, lovely swimming pool. Cons: Oh, just a small matter of moldy walls, dirty carpets, and a microscopic kitchen. But hey, at least the view was nice!

The staff was very helpful and made us feel comfortable during our stay. The in-room kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our coffee and refreshments. The location of the hotel was convenient and provided easy access to both the pool and the beach.

There were a few downsides to our experience. The shower and bathtub were in need of an upgrade, with mold present in the corners and on the walls.
